Following the successful registration of the patent (Patent NO. 526800), Polysaccharide Preparation, on 8 September 2005, another patent (532458), Polysaccharide Extract, was subsequently registered on 10 August 2006 inNew Zealand with the Intellectual Property Office of New Zealand. Both patented technology are the brainchild of Prof Yihuai Gao and his research team.

The recently registered patent, Polysaccharide Extract, has won the International Golden Award in the International New Technology & New Products Expo in 1998.

Based on these technology, Alpha Group has developed more than 30 health supplement products in as short as ten some years. Part of these products has already been approved for over-the-counter sales in New Zealand. We believe we will develop more health supplement products in the foreseeable future for the benefit of improving human health.
